Everything Walkovers

Wednesday: 4:00-4:55 pm

Everything Walkovers is the next step after Flip Starters. Athletes strengthen transitions, refine walkovers, and prepare for intermediate-level tumbling. Mastery at 90% accuracy is required for progression.

Athletes will train:

  • Bridge Kick-Over
  • Back Extension Rolls
  • Handstand Forward Rolls
  • Handstand Snap Downs, Hops, Half Turns & Full Turns
  • Front & Back Walkovers
  • Running Round-Offs With Landing & Rebound
  • Cartwheel Back Walkovers
  • Back Walkover Switch Legs
  • Valdez / Valdez Into Walkovers
  • Back Handspring Drills

Hands to Springs

Monday: 5:00-5:55 pm
Wednesday: 5:00-5:55 pm

Hands to Springs focuses on handsprings, aerials, and tumbling combinations. It is the natural progression after Everything Walkovers. Mastery at 90% accuracy is required for advancement.

Athletes will train:

  • Standing & Running Tumbling
  • Standing Back Handspring / Series With Landing & Rebound
  • Running Round-Off Or Power Hurdle Into Back Handspring Series With Landing & Rebound
  • Back Handspring Step-Outs
  • Front Handsprings / Flysprings With Landing & Rebound

  • Walkovers (Front & Back, Switch Legs, Cartwheel Connections)

Springs to Tucks

Monday: 5:00-5:55 pm

Springs to Tucks focuses on front handspring power, back handspring shaping, tumbling combinations, and tumbling connections. The foundations of front and back tucks will be taught, along with aerials. It is the natural progression after Hands to Springs. Mastery at 90% accuracy is required for advancement.

Athletes will train:

  • Standing & Running Tumbling
  • Standing Back Handspring Series With Landing & Rebound
  • Running Round-Off Or Power Hurdle Into Back Handspring Series With Landing & Rebound
  • Back Handspring Step-Outs (Running And Standing)

Tucks, Layouts, and Beyond

Monday: 7:00-7:55 pm

Tucks, Layouts and Beyond develops strength, technique, and advanced connections with a focus on front and back tuck progressions. After mastering tucks, this class prepares athletes for elite-level tumbling, focusing on layouts, twisting drills, and advanced combinations. A proper layout is the final step before full twisting progressions.

Athletes will train:

  • Round-Off Combinations
  • Whips
  • Punch Front Tucks: Landing, Forward Rolls, Rebounds, And Step-Out To Tumbling
  • Standing Tucks
  • Standing Back Handspring → Tuck
  • Round-Off Back Handspring → Tuck / Tuck Connections
  • Handstand Snap Downs, Hops, Half Turns & Full Turns
  • Blocking Drills
  • Introduction To Layouts (Body Shaping Emphasis)

Flexibility and Strength

Monday: 6:00-6:45 pm
Wednesday: 5:00-5:45 pm

Flexibility & Strength is open to all athletes. This class builds strength, balance, and flexibility to enhance jumps, tumbling, body control, and performance.

Athletes will train:

  • Right, Left, And Middle Splits
  • Heel Stretches (Both Sides)
  • Kick-Up Scorpions (Both Sides)
  • Scale (Both Sides)
  • Core Strength & Balance Control
